Stallion performance test winner 2017

Beautifully built show jumping prospect stamped with a clear performance statement. He creates a fascinating trajectory when he takes-off into the air with a powerful push-off, stretching his strong and well-padded back; the withers is always the highest point over the jump, a spic and span leg-technique combined with a jumping-ability that seems to be unlimited. This underlines also the maximum score on his licensing record for jumping-manner and ability in free-jumping on the occasion of the Oldenburg Stallion Days in Vechta. In 2017 he completed impressively his 14-day test in a group of strong competitors and received a dream score of 9.50 for free-jumping. 8.93 was the final score with emphasis on jumping when he finished the test as one of the best of his group.

The sire Stakkato Gold was himself internationally successful and produced 18 licensed sons as well as a high number of international top horses. For years he has been dominating FN's predicted breeding value statistics with emphasis on jumping. In 2015 he was proclaimed “Hanoverian Stallion of the Year”.

The dam H-Cathleen was as well successful in show jumping and delivered several successful sport horses. The dam's sire Calato ranks as one of the best sons of the characterizing Capitol I in Holstein breeding. He was trained by Herbert Blöcker for show jumping, participating in the Bundeschampionat and then competing successfully in the upper classes. Under the junior rider Jennifer Fogh Pedersen he won the Nordic and Danish championships as well as Nations Cups with the Danish team. Clausen/Holger Wulschner, Graziana 22 with Toni Hassmann, Cöster under Christian Ahlmann and Callistro/Janne-Friederike Meyer were his most famous offspring in show jumping.

The granddam Uganda IV (FN: Livia 36) competed under Paul Estermann (SUI) in international show jumping and produced ten successful sport horses, including Candy Bay 2 (by Carte d’Or) with Walter Lutter and Koriana 3 (by Coriano) with Philipp Müller and Michelle Wilkemeyer, who all had international achievements at advanced (S) level. Over the sire of the century, Landgraf I, who had influenced decisively the worldwide breeding of show jumpers in the 1980s, and the chestnut stallion Constant, who was internationally successful with Dr. Michael Rüping and Hans-Günther Winkler, the performance components are perfectly secured in the later generations.
