A miracle of nature

Gray stallion with fascinating type imprinting, with a clear performance statement of his internationally highly successful ancestors. With Hickstead White, the only licensed son of the Olympic champion Hickstead presents himself on German soil. He demonstrates superior capabilities in terms of technique, bascule, power and ability and accordingly completed the 30-day test in Neustadt/Dosse in 2015 as the overall winner. In spring 2017, he was the best 5-year-old participant in the sports test in Münster with an outstanding score of 8. 82. in 2018, Hickstead White won medium (M) level show jumping tests with scores up to 9. 0, and qualified for the Bundeschampionat. He subsequently placed in the 1. 45m class under Shane Dwan. After the end of the 2022 breeding season, Hickstead White moved to Jörne Sprehe's stable. Out of nowhere this winning pair is top successful week after week at international tournaments with world ranking jumping.Hickstead White delivered an outstanding first crop of foals in 2016, which combined with his own successes led to the title of I a main premium winner in Vechta in 2016. In subsequent years, he repeated the impressions of the debut vintage. The offspring were highlighted as champion foals in many breeding areas and achieved top prices at foal auctions several times. From four vintages, 24 of his sons have so far received a positive licensing verdict, including two champion stallions. The first two vintages of Hickstead White are already shining under saddle and on the course. In Weilheim/Teck, Hippie HH became Baden-Württemberg Show Jumping Champion, in Verden, High Five won the silver medal at the Hanoverian Show Jumping Horse Indoor Masters and in Warendorf, Hickstead Blue 2021 placed fourth in the final of the Bundeschampionat for five-year-old show jumpers.Genetically, Hickstead White is a unique specimen of special quality. The sire, Hickstead, was victorious under Eric Lamaze in the individual Olympic show jumping competition in Hong Kong in 2008. The dam Queentina was reserve champion mare at the Brilliant Ring in Rastede 2011 and jumped successfully in the world top. She won, among others, the Grand Prix of Salzburg (1. 60m), the Championships at the Munich Indoors and placed in the World Cup Jumping in Leipzig. Her sire Coupe de Coeur became German champion three times. Quidam's Rubin, third in the pedigree, was an HLP winner and has sired 31 licensed sons and 224 advanced (S) level show jumpers in comparatively short breeding careers. With Watzmann and Perser xx, an iron-hard performance-tested Hanoverian base follows.

Further Information :

Through the Celle state stud sires Watzmann and Perser xx this pedigree is filled with classical performance-sires, found in fourth and fifth generation, who were a downright panacea for high-quality show jumpers “made in Burlage” in the '70s and '80s. Hickstead White originates from the Westphalian dam line 481/ Schilline (by Schill-Halt I-Hermit-Nektar-Constantin-Cato). This line is also known for eight licensed stallions such as Captain Jack (state stud sire Warendorf), Löwensprung (private stallion Rhld.), Lucky Time (private stallion Westph.), Newcastle (state stud sire Warendorf), Sir Sinclair (private stallion NL, USA), Webster, Welt Prinz (private stallion Bavaria) and Wetten dass (state stud sire Schwaiganger), but also the successful show jumpers Pamela/Ronald Sandbrink and Perlenfischer/Rüdiger Schwarz.
